I will say this, learn to leave if you feel like you cannot do it. I believe in you! But if you’re looking for a good GPA, you have to put in the work to maintain it. They want you to pass so they curve it obviously. They are hard if you don’t put the effort in. And you basically HAVE to put the work in.

Plus you have to take the Chem series! It’s not too hard if you can put the work in. It’s kinda hard to have a “light load” tbh. If anything, they're not really curved, but the scale is just moved so, say, a 64% could be a B.

Bio 100 used to be a super duper tough class, but with the new professor, it's significantly more manageable with attainable goals and no competition.Ĭlasses are curved in your favor. They're just not as content heavy, I think. I think the lab classes, at least the ones I'm taking (M114L, E112L, D111L) are very laidback and manageable, but they definitely require work. I heard D103 was very manageable with Atwood, who taught it well. Class was unorganized, but at least I learned a lot from self-study. They're pretty tough, but I think if you can study flashcards and understand basic processes, you'll be good. for the record, I am no longer a premed student, but I have a decent GPA. Hello I am a biomedical engineering: premed major which means that half of the classes I take are biology (and i also took ochem).
